Strategic Earth provided The Nature Conservancy (TNC) with strategic planning, project coordination, community engagement, and communications services to support the development of an integrated resource management plan for the Jack and Laura Dangermond Preserve in Santa Barbara, CA. Our team helped TNC to develop targeted engagement strategies designed to promote relationship building and support a multi-directional conversation with local Tribes and native communities, researchers, members of the conservation community, and other community leaders. Strategic Earth also assisted TNC with internal team coordination and the development of integrated communications materials.
