California Community Quota Fund
Strategic Earth provided strategic planning, process design development, project coordination, and facilitation services to support The Nature Conservancy (TNC) convene a workshop involving California Community Quota Fund (CQF) leadership. This workshop was designed to help open lines of communication across CQF leadership, identify organizational priorities and needs, and develop a plan for ongoing partnership between TNC and the five regional CQFs.
